Revisit "Celebration of friendship!"

Two years later, I want to revisit an extremely difficult and yet wonderful time in our lives.  Our dear friend Linda knew she was dying of pancreatic cancer.  Her faith in this time was incredible.  Our last evening with her was Halloween,  a true family time.  We said goodbye to her thinking we would see her later in the week.  That was not to happen.  Linda passed away while we were at another friend's funeral.  I learned so much about God, my faith, and life and death during this time.  Yes it was painful and yet it was one of the most wonderful times in our lives.  If you are in the mood for a good cry read the posts from that time.
