Last Basketball Game

Today was the last game. I am so proud of this kiddo. He worked hard to learn a new sport and then played his hardest. We owe our thanks to the ICD team and the coach. Thank you!

He Makes A Basket

Another game for Jumba and his team.
These guys wanted a great position to see him play.

Jumba keeps doing his best. He plays as hard as he can every time he plays or practices. We love that about him. I also love how the siblings keep coming and keep cheering Jumba on. We were thrilled that he made the first basket.

Jumba and BasketBall

Bear has gone back to OKC but the rest of us are headed to Jumba's basketball game. He is doing great and trying so hard. His siblings are all enjoying the opportunity to watch him play.

Well, maybe not the twins. They are enjoying just hanging out.
Family time!

Way to play Jumba. He gets better and better.

Basket Ball Game

My crew arrived late last night. Everyone is here for Christmas!  I am so very, very, very excited. I love having my babies all at home. They made it just in time for Jumba's first basketball game.

We were all so proud to watch Jumba play. He was playing so well. He had never played this game before. After a few practices, he was playing really well.
We celebrated with a huge meal at Steak n Shake.
Yeah Jumba!

Priest Win The Basketball Game

Bear made sure that we had the necessary tickets to attend this fun game.  This was the second annual  game.  We all headed to the game without dad or Pooker.  Pooker was with JavaJava at a wedding.  We headed down and sat with K family.

One thing I can not believe is how intense this game was this year.  We had so much fun watching the Priests eek out a win over the seminarians.
It was a little odd to see Arch Bishop Cardinal Dinardo in the stands watching the game.
Another local celebrity was there as well.  Mattress Mac had a huge give away for some free throw contests.
We were also saw our friend Deacon David.  He will become a priest very soon.

We tried to get star worked up into getting the wave to go around the crowds. Johanna K's little younger brother helped in trying to get it going, it only kind of worked.

Pooker and JavaJava sent the below picture from the live feed.

Joanna's Picture is below of the group as the priest won!
We got to see so many friends from STAOP.

Dalton joined us as well.  He loved the conversations with Bear and Deacon David.

While walking back to the car I was very thankful for this wonderful group of people!

I love these people!

1st Round KOC Basketball

Everyone knows about the Knights of Columbus free-throw contest.  Considering my kids do not play basketball we don't often join in the contest. J and I had some running around to do and while we were out Sugar decided that she would take her siblings and enter them. They all did OK, making a few baskets which is amazing considering they don't even play.  Princess ended up winning in her age group probably because she was the only one entered and her age group.  We are very proud of you princess and I am sure you will do well next week .

So much my has been happening. I needed comfort. I decided to make one of my favorite meals from my youth.  My mom was not the most flavorf...
