Possible Enjoying a Boring Day at College
Possible got her day at college before the semester ended. Pooker was upset because everything was already closed for the semester. Pooker didn't mind she still had fun hanging out with her big sister. They spent most of their time packing Pooker up. We are all thrilled that she will be home for a few months over the summer. I know she would rather be out on her own in an apartment, what 21 year old who has freedom wants to move back into mom and dad's house with rules. Anyway I am thrilled. I was upset at the beginning of this pregnancy because my whole family would not ever been under one roof. Well Pooker is letting my desire of mine come true for a short time. She will be here to enjoy the twins arrival home and for as long as she can stay with us we will have everyone under one roof. Thank you God and Thank you Pooker. You are an excellent big sister and I am trilled that Possible got her Pooker time and that M and M will get a little as well.

Pickle and College
Regular classes are over for Pooker. She is now on campus to study for her finals. She knew though that everyone had not yet had their day. She worked very hard at getting each one some time with her at her college campus. Pooker is a wonderful young woman that has put the fun of her siblings at her foremost important activities.
Pickle didn't get to see any classes but thinks college has a lot to do with hanging out in the gym, watching old reruns on Netflicks and reading big books.

More off to the college life
Today Pooker took Princess to campus for the day. We hear she fit right in.
Princess got to go to class with Pooker and helped her with a presentation. She really enjoyed that part of her day. That and getting treats, they all like that part. Pooker is doing great at making sure each sibling gets to spend time with her.

Bagel Goes to College (for the day)
Pooker had a day with Bagel this week. I am afraid that her favorite part was the cafeteria. She had a blast and I have not seen her that tired in a long long time. She was very spoiled by Pooker. Bagel even got to go swimming and to play Frisbee. She came home and got the Frisbees out the next morning to practice for the next visit. Thanks again to Pooker for remembering how much these little ones miss Pooker being at home all the time. We are a close family and Pooker is working hard to respect that and to find a new balance as our lives change.

Off to College
Pooker requested a day with Jumba. Dad and I have been running around with our heads cut off lately but we bent over backwards to give Jumba and Pooker this special time together. I admit that I was a little worried that it might just be too much for Jumba but he was a trooper and had a blast!!!! When I asked if he was doing OK, I got this picture as proof that he was loving college life with Pooker . . .
Dad and I drove back to University of St. Thomas later that night to pick up our little one. He hugged and kissed Pooker goodbye and climbed into the car. I started asking a million questions. After a few answers I could tell he was getting upset with me. I asked if he just wanted me to be quiet and he agreed. I paused but then had just one more important thing to ask. I turned around to look at him and it was too late, he had fallen sound asleep in those few seconds. College is much harder than Jumba thought it would be.
Now the others kids are waiting for their turn to have that much fun at college. Thanks Pooker for making Jumba feel so special and for working so hard to maintain great relationships with even the youngest siblings. Pooker you amaze me with your ability to include others.

Bunches and Bunches, Pooker!
The day started with the three older ones taking Pooker's belongings to her car. They went with her to the University of St. Thomas to move her in before her classes or at least to locate a room. The rest of us loaded the van with the few suitcases that were left and joined them at lunch time. We got a tour of the dorms and were thrilled to learn that some how Pooker was assigned a roommate that was from Chicago and just happens to be a Cubs fan. I am amazed that in a school so small that there would even be another Cub fan on campus much less Pooker would be roommates with her.
We got to visit her new small room. We then got a quick tour of the small campus. I loved that we saw several priests on the campus. The Chapel was full of students for daily Mass. Pooker has found a wonderful place for her. I know that in a short time she will fit in and be a part of it. After the tour we took some pictures and then went to lunch. Arriving back at the campus was a little hard, our moods changed. We all knew that we were leaving soon and one of us would be home somewhere other than with the rest of us.
Jumba had a hard time and that surprised us. He wouldn't look Pooker in the eye. She got her hugs and kisses from everyone. We even made sure dad gave her a second kiss. As we got to the car most of the kiddos had red eyes and as we looked back to the curb we saw Pooker shedding a few tears as well. I will let the pictures say it all.

We love you bunches and bunches Pooker. We always will. It took us almost 21 years to get to today. Mom and dad wouldn't change it for the world. You changed our lives and we have been honored to love you, guide you and cherish you. Now go show the world what we already know. You can and will change the world into a better place with your smile, your heart and your knowledge. May God Bless You today and always!
