Surprise, Bear was with you all at the Conference!

Bear, Sugar and Possible were all together which was huge but then they also got to meet up with other old friends from STAOP.

Lindenwood Home Coming Parade

Homecoming is always a great weekend.  This time we got to spend it with friends (Gomer's in-laws) watching the parade.

The Catholic Student Union designed a fun themed truck for the parade. Sticks was Woody for the parade and someone else we all know and love was the Lion. We love you Sugar!

We enjoyed watching the parade and grabbing all the candy that was thrown at us. We had to leave early to head to our soccer game and now we had candy to pass out at the end of the game!

Lindenwood Family Mass

Mass at Lindenwood.

Sugar wanted us to get over to Lindenwood for Mass. It was an important day for Lindenwood.  Sugar's friends also made sure they had some flowers to send home with the kids. I love that Sugar wants us to be a part of her

Sugar Has Reaction

Sugar is very careful to avoid all shellfish. Everytime Sugar walks into her cafetera at school she wipes everything down before touching anything. Today she got a phone call and touched the door on her way out of cafe to chat on the phone. The person having the cafe before must have eaten shellfish because she could feel her throat close up right away. Her boyfriend and her friend took her to the er right away. 

We feel so blessed that Sugar has such good people in her life. They made sure that they got to the ER immediately. She was well cared for. I love that Sugar is so loved!

Sugar and Possible Go To SEEK 2019

There is a group that is trying to help the college age Catholics maintain their faith.    

Focus is: 

The Fellowship of Catholic University Students is a Catholic collegiate outreach whose mission is to share the hope and joy of the gospel with college and university students, inspiring and equipping them for a lifetime of Christ-centered evangelization, discipleship and friendships in which they lead others to do the same.

One of the things that FOCUS does is to host these conference/retreats. 

SEEK“What do you seek?” (John 1:38) SEEK is an invitation to college students everywhere to explore life’s bigger questions: who we are, where we’re going and what we seek along the journey. As FOCUS’ national conference, SEEK encourages all students to come explore what they truly seek: to learn about the faith, to share in friendship, to be encouraged in their unique vocation — and to experience the love, hope and very real presence of Jesus Christ through His Church.Hosted for five days every other year, SEEK gathers thousands of college students together from all across the country for a time of prayer, fellowship, engaging talks, inspiring entertainment — and, most importantly, a chance to encounter Christ in a life-changing way.

Sugar and Possible decided to join the group from Lindenwood University to attend this SEEK Conference in Indianapolis, IN.

The girls had a blast. They ran into many friends from A&M and from STAOP.
