Easter Visit to Mimi

The kids got to point that they didn't care if we were on lock down or not. Goobers, Sugar, Possible, Princess and Bagel wanted to celebrate Easter. They got fun baskets and delivered to all of our St. Louis extended family.

I love the picture that Tim shared. No one was in anyone else's space, social distancing at its best! I love all the family in this picture. Maybe next year we can hold a huge family party!

Bear's Divine Mercy Sunday

Archbishop Paul S. Coakley, of OKC decided to spend the day with Christ and King. Bear had a full day with Archbishop. The CK Morning Show is one that Bear has been working on with Stephen and Fr. Rick for weeks and the Archbishop joined them for Divine Mercy Sunday.  Check out the show by clicking here. 

The bishop also joined them for the morning Mass for the parish. Which happened to be the one that we streamed.

Twin Beautiful ~ Twin Adorable

There two are ready to take on the world.

When a bishop visits it is customary to have a picture taken with the alter servers and such. Cracked me up seeing this. I suspect Bear took the picture. This is a very social distancing way to take the picture.

We spoke with Bear after Mass. He is doing a great job at Christ the king. 

We learned that Bear might NOT be joining us at the local seminary in St. Louis for another year. That breaks my heart. He loves what he is doing.  and I will need to trust. Jesus I trust in You, I guess that is the theme of the day!

Easter ?Church? Time Covid Style

We were told to drive by the church today. We waited an hour and a half in this line. This was ok because we had no where else to go. It was nice getting a blessing from all three priest. We thank ICD for being their for us.

Monsignor Ted Wojcicki was seated under the pavilion. He got up to take a picture from Twin Adorable from inside Sugar's car. 

 The last blessing we would receive came from Fr. Christopher Rubie.

Another Easter Church line happening in Oklahoma City. Bear was greeting people as the masked Easter Bunny. God Bless all the members of Christ the King.
