Moms Post Wedding Brunch

Today is the Saturday after the wedding. We had a blast yesterday and Pooker and JavaJava wanted us to have another opportunity for the siblings to interact and the kids to play. We hosted an open house that started with a Mom's Day Brunch.  Mr. Tobias came and helped like he always does. The food was yummy but more importantly this allowed us to continue to the fun.

Before Bear left town we decided to grab one big family shot of my kiddos. I love this group of people!  I am mom and mom-in-law to these people.  Happy Mother's day to all those people out there that love this group of kiddos and have helped to "mother" them into the wonderful people they are today.

My FAVORITE!

This was sent to me a few days after the wedding.  Can I tell you that this picture is everything to me?!?! My hubby's brother was one of the ushers for the wedding. He snapped this shot.  It sums up J's parenting in one beautiful picture.

J has spent most of his life loving this precious young woman.  He has always tried to lead her to Christ.  I love that this picture shows him guiding our beautiful daughter to the alter. He is escorting her to the sacrament.  At this point in her life it is her choice, but he taught her to desire this choice through his example and care. We are all watching as we always have.  We share in her faith and her joy.  Thank you for J for always leading us all to HIM!

Relax With a Few

Pooker and JavaJava went off to enjoy their Taco Bell and start their married life together.

The rest of us wanted to just spend time with our friends.
The adults took Fr. David out for some yummy St. Louis treats.

The younger ones hung out at the house to relax and interact.

This wedding was wonderful! One of our favorite parts was just visiting with our people. We were so humbled but the number of people that were able to come to St. Louis for the wedding.
