Easter ?Church? Time Covid Style

We were told to drive by the church today. We waited an hour and a half in this line. This was ok because we had no where else to go. It was nice getting a blessing from all three priest. We thank ICD for being their for us.

First Fr. Henry Purcell

Monsignor Ted Wojcicki was seated under the pavilion. He got up to take a picture from Twin Adorable from inside Sugar's car.

The last blessing we would receive came from Fr. Christopher Rubie.

Another Easter Church line happening in Oklahoma City. Bear was greeting people as the masked Easter Bunny. God Bless all the members of Christ the King.

Happy Easter! We are joyful even in a mask!

Easter Bunny Time

Our dog Burke is still not sure what is happening. She whines at night. Sniffs around all day looking for Bennie. WE hope her heart doesn't break. We know she is at risk considering she and Bennie were litter mates. The Easter Bunny pampered her as well.
While we waited for dad's permission to see if the bunny visited The twins got to open their gifts from the T family.

One of the twins was heard saying, "Wow Them sure love us!" True enough.

Happy Easter Morning, I hope the Bunny was as good to you as he was to us!  We all remember what today is about and will celebrate no matter what.
HE IS RISEN and we are an alleluia people!

Happy New Year!

I was feeling icky, with a cold so I stayed home in bed all day. J and the kids had spent the day ice skating. He was exhausted and so were a few others. I was a small percentage of them that stayed awake to cheer in the new year. Sugar, Possible, (and even Bear) were gone to SEEK. It was only a few of them celebrating. I emerged from bed to take a few pictures!

Time to celebrate, big time! Happy New Year. May the year of 2020 be full of excitement, love and health!  ( . . .  and a precious new grand baby!)

Happy New Year!

Christmas Morning

Our family traditions are that on Christmas and Easter, the kids must wait until dad approves them entry into the down stairs.

Once everyone was down stairs the fun would begin.

There were some great gifts that were shared. There are so many thoughtful gifts from the kids that went back and forth. I love watching them open the St. Nick gifts and then the gifts from each other. I am taking great pleasure from the kids interactions.

So much my has been happening. I needed comfort. I decided to make one of my favorite meals from my youth.  My mom was not the most flavorf...
