Late Thursday night our California connection showed up. So much fun!
My sister Katie and her four daughters.
We were awake until very late talking.
My sister headed to the hotel with her youngest and the older three hung out with us.
We were needing to get out early the next morning but that became impossible when I noticed that the girls had talked the entire night away upstairs.
By the next night many of us were a little grabby but it was so worth it.
My sister and I shared a room for so many years.
She was who I spent my nights with growing up, and we would talk away the hours as well.
It was so cool hearing them chat. It really did warm my heart to hear. Even though they live so far away I adore my sister and her babies. It was the most fun I have had in a late night in a long time.
