Our Church is changing

 While the church is being renovated we have moved daily Mass into a cafeteria setting.  I love how they decorated the place to ensure reverence.  A huge mural of the front of the old church provides a respectful backdrop.  In the café the lighting is perfect and the picture looks 3D.

Sunday Mass has been moved to a local public school.  We are using the auditorium of the school.  The seats are much nicer than the old pews were but it doesn't have the same feel.  They have a mural here also but the space is too big.  It just isn't the same.  I was impressed at how many people came to the school for Mass instead of finding another parish until October.  It didn't feel like a place to worship yet we did and it did feel like family!
