Day Two - Pumpkin Carving

Leaves, leaves, leaves,

White Castles for Lunch with Mimi - camera did something weird.
Mimi's old home in Webster . . . love that house.  It reminds me of my Mommom and Papa.  They were wonderful people and I remember visiting them in that house all the time.  It looks different and yet warmed my heart to see.  mommom and papa, pray for us!
So more driving around looking at leaves, leaves, leaves.

The kids might be making fun of me but they are enjoying them as well.  Back home in Houston the only change we see are the brown trees - the ones about to burn because of the drought.  These have color like you would not believe!
Pumpkin Picking.  Our big plans to visit the patch were ill founded.  We were just too tired and cousins were so excited to see us that time ran out.  We ended up at the grocery store.  The fun news is that we visited the chain that J used to work for . . . Go Dierbergs!

After the best ones were chosen we headed back to Mimi's.  We were greeted by cousins bearing the treat of Imo's Pizza, another St. Louis favorite.  My sister KeeKee who lives next door hung out and my brother JoeJoe came over.  So much fun carving pumpkins with all our nieces and nephews, each one cuter than the next.

The Imo's was yummy.
Now to the carving . . .

UMM . . .did someone catch Father in a Rangers hat????????
