Montgomery Right To Life Meet Bear

We were invited to attend the Montgomery Right to Life September meeting to meet the new fellows and to hear about the good work that was happening at Lone Star Community College.  Jason and I escorted Sugar.  Bear and Goobers went early to set stuff up.

The group all got to hear from each of the teens.  I would be lying if I told you that J and I did not tear up.

Hearing your children stand up for what is right is what is most important in this world.
Every Sunday I say a prayer after receiving communion.  It is called the Wife's prayer.  It is an older but beautiful prayer.  Within the parentheses is the part to include only if you have children.  I quote that part know because I don't know any other way to describe the joy J and I feel for our children as we see them becoming all that they are supposed to be.
"Give me understanding so to fulfill my part in the education of our children, that they may be our joy in this world and our glory in the next."

Bear is currently the president of Lone Star Right to Life, with Goobers as the secretary and Sugar as the public relations person.

J and I were so impressed by our children!
Then there was Max.  This young man makes us all look like underachievers.  I need to grow up to be like Max.
The special speaker for tonight was Max.  He is a member of our parish, his sister even went to Haiti with Bear.  Max is here to raise money to help save the unborn.  Max is a very young articulate young man that is passionate for saving the babies.   If you can please help him to reach his goal.

It was a fun evening.  I enjoy meeting the movers and shakers in the pro-life movement.  I find it really cool that my kiddos have become those movers and shakers.

We are blessed to have such wonderful young people to take on this cause and help the unborn.
