Confession and Lights

We always try to get to church on the night of the penance services.  There are so many people in our family that we always create a line and a huge crowd.  It was a
great night.

We headed to church all nervous and came home after confession feeling very clean.  Having Jesus forgive our sins is joyous event for the heart.

To celebrate we drove through the Creek Subdivision neighborhood of the Panther Creek Village of the Woodlands by Sts. Simon and Jude that always has the best lights.  They are so pretty and creative.

The lights go up every year in honor of Cort Martin, a young man that passed away in 2000 as a senior in highschool.  (click here to learn more.)

These lights bring so much joy. My favorite part was listening to the babies in the back of the car screaming in delight.
