Just Let Her Sleep

I could hear Twin Adorable calling me.  I loved their new skirts so I grabbed the camera (my phone) hoping to get them both awake.  I found that Adorable was calling me because Twin Beautiful would not wake up to play with her.  I tried to talk her out of walking her.  I suggested that she pat her back and let Beautiful sleep.

 

It was a no go, especially after Adorable added kisses to the sleeping baby. Poor Beautiful was shocked that her twin would not just let her sleep.  These two are so cute and always have fun with each other.  I have eased up a bit on needing their clothes to match.  If one spills, I no longer change both.  These skirts were alike but do not match completely. 

I am also loving our conscious choice to keep together as much as possible, in the bed, car seats next to each other, and on the same schedule.  It helps so much that they are on the same schedule.  They will not cuddle at night with mom and dad when it is time to sleep instead they look for their twin.  This is nice that they depend on each other, I love it.  They genuinely like each other.  They giggle all the time at each other.  I often look at them and wish I had the joy of having a twin/best friend.  To all those that have happened upon this blog after finding out that twins are on the way.  I promise you that the extra work is worth it.  Twins are so much fun.
