Fundraiser For Right To Life Club

I will say it again, I could not be prouder of my kiddos when it comes to their involvement in the pro-life movement. Goobers, Bear and Sugar have helped to get a pro-life club started on their community college campus.  This was not an easy thing to do.  They worked hard for a long time dealing with all the red tape.  The group was approved of finally Mid- November 2014 and by the beginning of February (even over the huge break from school from the end of December to the end of January) this club as grown to the largest club on any Lone Star campus.  Bear is the Vice President and Goobers was the Secretary.  Chick-Fil-A opened a location across form campus and ask the kids if they could offer a fund raiser.

Let me say that we had a blast.  Many of our Bread of Life friends and STAOP LifeTeen friends joined the T-Family is supporting this great club.

Way to go guys, keep up the great work.

Another Co-Op Day

I do try to grab pictures each co-op, I am not sure why.  I guess it is just my way of documenting what we do.  Fun with friends.

Sand Castle Fun

We are not by a beach at all but after playing in the snow in Kansas City it seamed only right to return home and play in the sand.  I thought it might entertain the toddlers but the slightly older ones got into the creativity.

I am always amazed at how fun kids can have if just allowed to get messy.  Just allowing time for creative play is an essential part of growing up and of our homeschooling.  It might not always look like school work is happening but the brain is developing.

Road Trip with Dad

J was headed to Kansas City for a trade show.  The flights were a little sketchy because of snow falling in various other parts of the country.  We decided that since we have the newer car, we might as well head out with dad.  We took the younger half and headed out for a little winter fun.

So we did get lucky and run into some snow.  Poor dad had to work while we got to play and enjoy whatever we saw, including taking time to make snow angels.

We also really know how to enjoy a fun hotel stay.  The kids had to swim.  The babies enjoyed their time but were not too sure about being cold.

Forget sharing a bed with these two.

We did visit the Money Museum.  We had a blast.  We saw lots of money and even made some of our own.

Yep that is millions of dollars the kids are posing against.  Wow so much money.

Dad used to work for Russell Stover candies and they are based in KC so we had to make a candy run.  YUMMY>

Awe, the big kids missed us.

So much my has been happening. I needed comfort. I decided to make one of my favorite meals from my youth.  My mom was not the most flavorf...
