Putting the house on the market is a trying decision and then comes all the work. We celebrated being done with preparations while the realtor had a flurry of photographers in the house. Apparently most house sales are actually done on line these days. The pictures are the most important part. We took the dogs, grabbed lunch and hung out for hours playing at the park.
