Splish - Splash the Twins Take a Bath

First joint bath today. They loved it. I was amazed at how they are so used to each other. Tight quarters did not bother them at all. They really enjoyed the bath together.

Bath time ended with the big kids turning on a Baby show to see if the girls would watch. We were all amazed how the girls focused on the TV with Kipper on.

I don't know if this soon become a favorite but it did get everyone's attention. I love that it isn't Barney or Teletubbies. I just wonder how much more I can handle of those types of shows.

Well, at least Teletubbies isn't around...grateful that I missed that public television programming! Barney is still on...we watch a lot of Curious George...Clifford...and Caillou. (Caillou CAN get a bit whiny...but he's sweet!)

your babies are just too too cute. love their expressions and smiles (and matching outfits!!!) I would definitely be a mom that would dress my twins in matching outfits!!!

Year of Faith

The Nicene Creed I believe in one God, the Father almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all things visible and invisible. I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ, the Only Begotten Son of God, born of the Father before all ages. God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, consubstantial with the Father; through him all things were made. For us men and for our salvation he came down from heaven, and by the Holy Spirit was incarnate of the Virgin Mary, and became man. For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate, he suffered death and was buried, and rose again on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead and his kingdom will have no end. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son, who with the Father and the Son is adored and glorified, who has spoken through the prophets. I believe in one, holy, catholic and apostolic Church. I confess one Baptism for the forgiveness of sins and I look forward to the resurrection of the dead and the life of the world to come. Amen.

Our Lady of Perpetual Help

Immaculate Virgin Mary, Mother of God and Mother of the Church you are also our Mother of Perpetual Help. With hearts full of love for you we consecrate ourselves to your Immaculate Heart so that we may be your devoted children. Obtain for us true sorrow for our sins and fidelity to the promises of our Baptism. We consecrate our minds and hearts to you that we always do the Will of our heavenly Father. We consecrate our lives to you that we may love God better and live not for ourselves but for Christ, your Son and that we may see Him and serve Him in others. By this humble act of consecration dear Mother of Perpetual Help we pledge to model our lives on you, the perfect Christian. So that, consecrated to you in life and in death we may belong to your Divine Son for all eternity. Amen
