Pumpkin Carving

The big kids were in town and wanted to make sure that we all carved together. Pooker and Goobers are working hard to make sure that the younger ones get to experience a true halloween Texas T Family Style. The adventure started at the grocery store to pick up some inexpensive pumpkins for carving and at we were all craving some roasted pumpkin seeds.                       

JavaJava had a job to do. Apparently it was his role this year to create the pumpkin for the bear business he and his brothers operate. He was afraid that his pumpkin might get mixed in with the others so he held tight.

The carving got serious.

And even more serious for JavaJava.

JavaJava's pumpkin was the best one at the table. We kind of want to take pumpkin art classes before next year. We are afraid he is raising the bar a little high for our usual triangle eyes.
