Mary B Visits Chicago

Bye Mary B, have fun in Chicago. The world is getting weird out there with the fears of the Chinese virus. It is asking people to limit their travel. Mary felt comfortable going anyway. We told her that if anything came up we would be there to get her. Be safe!

Getting Mary

Mary B was going to spend the weekend with us, then head to Chicago. We were happy that we would get to spend a little time with her at the beginning of her Spring Break from college. SLU would be off for the week. We are so happy that we get to have her visit for the weekend.

Thanksgiving Dinner

Happy Birthday to Pickle, Happy Thanksgiving. My goodness these meals are so much fun. I love the meals. I love my family!

Mary B Helps At Practice

This was fun. Miss Mary is a friend from our old neighborhood. She played soccer for her high school and now attends SLU. She encouraged and practiced with the twins at the end of the last school year.  When she came back she couldn't wait to see them play or practice. As it worked out she could only make a practice. The girls were so proud to have her there.

Fall was here. I love watching the leaves change.

Group Baseball Adventure

The kiddos planned a fun day at the park.  We might not be huge Cardinal fans we do appreciate a live game.  Mary will start at SLU soon, Chris will go back to A&M Galveston, Sugar and Sticks will  start back to Lindenwood, Possible will be taking classes on line at LoneStar and Princess just started at SCC.  These college kids needed one more adventure!  

I love this group of kiddos. WE even love Sticks even though he is a Cardinals fan.

Bye M and Confirmation Party

Mary had to be rushed right to the airport and was unable to celebrate with us.  We are going to miss having her with us. Special thanks to our dear friend who was Bagels sponsor and will hopefully come back to SLU in the fall.

Nanny missed the Confirmation but rushed over after to celebrate with us.

Not a lot of pictures. . . probably took way too many over the passed through weeks as our schedules would show.

I did grab another one with my friends. These two put up with everything and are there with me no matter what. Thanks ladies for always having my back.

Getting Ready For Confirmation

After just a few days of rest it was time to regroup and get ourselves focused on the next task at hand. It is time to prepare Bagel for her big weekend.  Dress shopping and then boot shopping.  At least there were several of us that could enjoy this together. 

We are ready now. She has the dress and the boots (even though she isn't really going to wear the boots to the Confirmation).

Dying the Easter Egg

The big kids are back in town, Mary B is here for the weekend and Sticks is over with his sister. The whole group is prepared to dye the eggs. We take this seriously and they all know this.  They are intent with purpose. They will add color to the eggs. They will add the Easter joy to the each egg. I don't like dying the eggs but I LOVE hearing the group work together to accomplish this chore. 

I love these people. They did a great job on the eggs. My heart misses Bear right now but the rest of my loves are here.
