Brand new house (only 2 and 1/2 years) so there should not be anything wrong, right? It didn't matter J and I were pretty stressed about making it look ok. The Twins and Jumba stayed the night with Goobers and Pookers so that we cold get everything done early in the morning and head out the door with the dogs.
While the littles were under the care of the Big kids the rest of us got it all ready. Bagel came into he room getting upset. J told her to go check the bathroom and make sure it was perfect. She ran into the room slipped and pulled the toilet paper holder out of the wall. Yep, only when is it most important do these things happen. We glued it all together touched up the paint and now had something specify to worry about.
In the end we had to give some money back and have the builders repair an issue with the roof. No big deal. Done deal! . . . as long as it apprises for the right amount. Selling a house isn't easy these days.
