That panic and rush that comes with getting the house perfect and then getting out the door with the dogs. Deep breathes. Every showing could be the showing. Too be honest we were not looking forward to this part. But no time to fret we were out the door in plenty of time. We stopped but he chapel and then went and got lunch. We brought it home but were not afraid to eat inside.
I was now a little gun shy about leaving the kids at home alone. We were getting double digit likes and saves on the social media adds for our home. So I packed them up after lunch - the house still looking great - we took the dogs and met some friends at the park for a little fun before Possible had to go to work.
Twin Beautiful looked at this tree and asked an interesting question,
"Is that one of those scary haunted trees?"It did look a little creepy with the moss. My mind was reeling so I didn't really give it much thought. The realtor called while we were driving into the park.
Realtor asked,
"Did you see the comments from today's showing?"I was feeling very worried and thinking what did they find to complain about it? I just wanted to cry and then she must have heard my hesitation as I said,
"No, we only see the comments at the report at the end of the week. We don't get the daily report."She giggled a little,
"OK, well he didn't have any comments."I was now thinking she was wasting my time by calling. What did she want but she continued,
"No comments because we intend to make an offer!"I had trouble staying on the road as I drove into the park. I called Jason and screamed with the kids as we drove. I really should have pulled over to make that excited call. I was then pulled over by a police officer that wanted to know why I was speeding into the park at record speeds. I explained and was given a warning. He was so nice. My mind was still racing and nothing counts until we have an offer in hand. BUT HOPE was our new word!
