"Back to School" Blessing and Ice Cream Social

We did get to sneak in a special activity with our homeschool group this week. Some members from our Bread of Life group gathered for the evening Mass in the chapel at our church. Not much room at all, especially with all of our big families. Baby talk was heard the entire Mass. What joy it was to be a part of that! We so enjoyed being with friends. The Mass included a special Blessing from Father for the homeschooled children, their studies, their teachers (mom and dad), and even for their grandparents. After all that we had an ice cream social.

What a fun time to celebrate our homeschool year! We only wish more of our friends could have been present.
