Lions Big Home Game

A family from the team sang the National Anthem and did it beautifully!

So so many of our Bread of Life friends joined us for this one home game.

C made this cool sign just for Pickle!

Our friends were everywhere. It really was a great feeling. So much support from so many loving families.

Pooker and Goobers also came and brought their family friends also. Really Pickle felt so loved.

Of course the B family were there. Always showing support. We just love them!

The cheer leaders spent some time during the half time to teach some cheers to the next generation.

Possible's friend from higschool came into to town to cheer Pickle on.

This night was what foodball must mean to so many people. It is something that I never got before. The friends, the excitement, and the entertainment made for a awesome night! Thanks to so many people whoo went out of their way to alter their plans and join us!

Celebrating 100 Years of Fatima

This is such a big deal. Our lady loves us so much. We had a crazy busy football day planned for the Friday the 13th of October, we were sad that we couldn't participate in our parish events. We decided to create our own.

With a group from about 7 families we gathered in from of the Holy Family Statue at church and prayed the rosary together and added in the Angels prayers from Fatima. We couldn't let the fun end so we ventured to Lou Lou's for some beignets. The moms were talking and the kids entertained themselves. I love homeschoolers, they don't know boredom. They find a place, people and game and then they are busy!

What the moms most enjoyed about this time is that there was one college age teen (Possible) with two high school football guys all playing with middles school, grade school and toddlers. Age didn't matter, they were all playing and enjoying themselves. I bet our lady liked that!
